Description

Oil Tea Saponin is a natural glucosidation compound containing by the Camellia genus plants. The molecule of Oil Tea Saponin is composed of the hydrophilic furfurly group and hydrophobic coordination group, which is a natural non-ionic surfactant. Methyl red coloration belongs to acidity. Oil Tea Saponin belongs to thepentacyclic triterpanoids compounds, which dissolves in the hydrous hot alcoh, glacial acetic acid and acetic anhydride pyridine, and displays the spumose characteristics of saponin. It is easy to dissolve in water and alkali solution, not dissolve in benzol chloroform and ether, which owns biological activity and surface activity such as pesticides, sterilization and stimulating plant growth, and so on.
